By Order under section 4 of the Mutual Assistance in Civil and Commercial Matters Act No. 39 of 2000 published in gazette extraordinary No. 1218/44 dated 11 January 2002, the Minister of Justice, Law Reform and National Integration has declared that the provisions of the Act relating to service of documents from abroad shall apply in respect of the following countries –

*Monaco	*Australia
*Mexico	*Latvia
